Service Agreement

We Value Your Business!

Sunny Side Clean Team Estimates

  1. You agree that the actual price payable is calculated on the total number of hours worked by the cleaners.

  2. Any price estimates are based on Sunny Side Clean Team prior experience, without an inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer.

  3. If at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by Sunny Side Clean Team. Sunny Side Clean Team will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

  1. We request a minimum of 24 hours of cancellation or reschedule notice! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately. We are very strict about our 24-hour cancellation policy, please honor it! Less than 24 hours cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of $35!

  2. We will charge a $35 fee, if you, the customer, call our office after business hours, after 7:00 p.m., and leave a message to cancel the appointment; If our staff show up at your doorsteps and for any reason not able to clean your home. (Example: a locked door, the construction crew is not finished and you the customer have to turn them away) No exceptions!

  3. Appointments scheduled within a time frame less than 24 hours before the actual appointment can be only canceled or rescheduled with a $35 fee. No exceptions! 

  4. The customer will be also charged a $35 fee if our team arrived at the customer location on time, but unable to get in due to customer fault for more than 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment time. 

  5. All online reservations are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  6. Appointment can not be canceled, rescheduled, or scheduled through our employees. Customers must contact our office directly at (386) 222-2790 or Cancel, Reschedule or Schedule online.

 

Complaints

  1. Contact us immediately at (386) 222-2790

  2. You agree to inform Sunny Side Clean Team within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided.

  3. You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free re-cleaning.

  4. Re-cleaning must be completed within 7 days from the time of initial service. No exceptions

  5. Complainants will be denied if the customer was notified that it is not enough time to clean properly customer home but the customer declined additional time. No exceptions.

  6. All outstanding balances must be paid before we schedule re-cleaning.

  7. We do not respond to complaints through the 3rd party ( such as BBB).

 

Payment Terms

  1. The Customer agrees to pay Sunny Side Clean Team in full when the service is complete unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  2. You authorize to charge the credit card on file if no cash or check payment received.

  3. You authorize to add a $5 convenience fee for credit/debit card transactions.

  4. All outstanding invoices 14 days and over is a subject of late payment fee of $15

  5. If no payment is received immediately after service completed, the customer authorizes Sunny Side Clean Team to charge the customer credit card in the full amount of the invoice.

  6. Move-In/ Out  Cleaning are subject to a 50% deposit.

 

Coupon/ Offers/ Discounts

  1. All coupons must be mentioned before scheduling an appointment.

  2. Unfortunately, we can only accept limited appointments per week for coupons. 

  3. We will charge the full price for the service if the customer did not notify Sunny Side Clean Team about a coupon at the time of reservation. 

  4. All coupons or offer only can be used once. Limit 1 per customer. New customers only.

  5. Referral discount can be used one time per household and only if referral scheduled appointment with us.

 

Soliciting Policy

You agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by Sunny Side Clean Team for any home-related services. We spend a lot of time to find and train them. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff please be advised you will be flagged in our system and you won't be able to schedule a service with us anymore. If it happened during a cleaning session, the session will be terminated immediately and we will charge you the full amount of the job.  We might seek legal protection to compensate us for the time and money we spend to find, train check background of our employees. So please take it seriously. If you want to hire our employees outside of our company please discuss this matter directly with us.
